999zs Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "999zs" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 999zs.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital properties.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a 999zs account and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account held by a Member on the 999zs platform, through which all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Member's 999zs account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded by 999zs to a Member's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Member must wager a specified bonus amount before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under the international gaming licence held by 999zs.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Clause 8 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and use of automated software.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes all amendments thereto in force at the relevant time.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 999zs, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 999zs platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 999zs Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999zs platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 999zs, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 999zs strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21, and age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of 999zs or any of its group companies, and you are not an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 999zs platform voluntarily or by 999zs's own enforcement action.
• The personal details you provide during registration are accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update your account details promptly in the event of any change.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on 999zs. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.

Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999zs account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. 999zs will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.

You must notify 999zs support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 999zs will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

As part of its KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, 999zs may at any time request that you provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g. screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name).
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed specified thresholds under applicable compliance regulations.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days from the date of the request) may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the 999zs platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999zs accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time subject to confirmation from the respective payment provider. 999zs does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within standard operational hours. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets are typically completed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 999zs account holder.
• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be withheld pending completion of identity checks.
• 999zs reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable; only the net winnings derived from wagering bonus funds (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

999zs may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings generated from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for the relevant bonus. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only wagers placed on eligible game categories (as specified in the individual promotion terms) will contribute toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games may contribute at a different rate than sports betting markets.
• 999zs reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where fraud, abuse, or system error is suspected.
• A Member may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming multiple welcome offers through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

Betting Rules & Game Play

All sporting events and casino games available on 999zs are governed by the specific rules applicable to that event or game type, as published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that event or game only.

Cricket Betting: 999zs offers betting markets on PSL (Pakistan Super League), international Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, and other domestic and bilateral cricket competitions. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs, 999zs's cricket-specific settlement rules will apply as published on the platform.

Live Casino: All live dealer games on 999zs are operated by certified international game studios. Results are generated through independently audited processes. In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live game session, 999zs will attempt to resolve bets in accordance with available game data; where resolution is not possible, the relevant wager will be voided and the stake returned.

Slots & RNG Games: All slot titles and random number generator (RNG) games on 999zs use certified random number generation technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available on request. 999zs does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

• 999zs reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous or manifestly incorrect price or odd resulting from a system error, data feed fault, or human input mistake.
• Members are not permitted to wager amounts that exceed the published maximum stake limits applicable to any given market or game.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended or closed at 999zs's discretion where the integrity of the event is uncertain.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999zs platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one 999zs account, whether under your own name or the name or identity of another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the 999zs platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer, integrate, or otherwise obscure the origin of illicit funds.
• Collusion: Communicating, cooperating, or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market available on 999zs.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another account for the purpose of transferring balances between accounts or circumventing withdrawal restrictions.
• Identity Fraud: Registering or operating a 999zs account using false, stolen, or misappropriated identity documents or personal information.
• Unauthorised Data Collection: Scraping, harvesting, or otherwise collecting data from the 999zs platform without express written authorisation.

Responsible Gaming

999zs is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can develop into a harmful behaviour, and we take our obligations in this area seriously under the terms of our international gaming licence.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 999zs Members at no cost and with immediate effect upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your PKR Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the total time you spend on the 999zs platform per day or per session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of your choice (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the 999zs platform. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 999zs platform — including but not limited to the 999zs brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999zs or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database protection laws.

999zs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 999zs content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the 999zs platform.
• Use the 999zs name, logo, or brand assets in any context outside of the platform without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 999zs website on any third-party site without written permission.

Any unauthorised use of 999zs intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999zs and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or business reputation.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues outside of 999zs's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data by third parties.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of 999zs to any Member arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their 999zs account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments, Severability & Governing Law

Amendments: 999zs reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 999zs will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the 999zs Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999zs with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999zs holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 999zs's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised commercial arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration and the language of proceedings shall be as determined by the applicable arbitration body.
